Sandy Rozario is the Housing Director at Southside United HDFC-Los Sures where she oversees both the development/preservation of affordable housing and property management. Under her leadership since 2005, the department has created 88 new units of affordable housing for senior citizens and families and has preserved over 409 affordable apartments through the financial restructuring and physical rehabilitation of aging properties. In addition, she oversees the property management and maintenance of 475 units.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology and Latin American Studies from Colgate University and a Master of Science in Urban Policy and Analysis from the Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy. Sandy is an active member of the Association for Neighborhood and Housing Development and the New York City chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
