Southside United HDFC – Los Sures Celebrates its 53rd Annual Anniversary Gala
Honoring Leaders in Affordable Housing and Community Development

Brooklyn, NY — November 20, 2025 — Southside United HDFC–Los Sures will commemorate its 53rd Anniversary with a Gala on Thursday, November 20th, at Princess Manor, 92 Nassau Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, from 18:00–22:00.

This evening of impact and purpose will honor four leaders whose work has advanced affordable housing and strengthened community ties:

Ahmed Tigani – HPD Acting Commissioner
Council Member Shekar Krishnan
Pat Strong – Dime Bank
New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH)

“Los Sures is proud to celebrate another year of service to our community,” said Juan Ramos, Executive Director of Los Sures. “Our honorees exemplify a shared commitment to affordable housing and community empowerment. We are deeply grateful for their contributions and invite all who believe in our mission to support us.
